1 tin 'tuna chunks in oil' (buang minyaknya)
1 biji bawang besar (potong dadu)
3 biji telur
1 tin cendawan butang (hiris)
sedikit serbuk lada hitam
garam secukup rasa
Beberapa keping roti putih atau perancis

1. Satukan semua bahan-bahan..gaul rata.
2. Sudukan di atas kepingan roti dan goreng dengan sedikit minyak..sikit je..di atas kuali leper. Goreng hingga kekuningan.
3. Hidang..


2 kg baby sotong – buang tulang belakang sotong, cuci bersih
1 biji bawang besar (belah 6)
½ batang timun ( dadu kasar)
½ biji capsicum hijau/merah/kuning ( belah kasar)
1 biji tomato ( belah 4)
2 batang celery ( hiris kasar)

1 sb cili kisar
1 cawan cili sos
1/3 cawan oyster sos
1 st kicap masin
½ cawan air
Gula secukup rasa


1.Sotong di kukus selama 10 minit. Kemudian digoreng hingga kecut dan betul –betul garing. Ketepikan.
2.Tumis cili kisar hingga garing. Masukkan semua bahan-bahan sos yang lain. Biarkan mendidih dan pekat sedikit.
3.Masukkan sotong dan sayuran, gaul rata dan matikan api…hidang.


Tuna fillings

1 can tuna chunks in oil ( discard the oil)
1 large onion ( dice)
2-3 tbs mayonaise
white or black pepper powder to taste

Mix all ingredients well.

A few pieces of instant prata cut into halves..

Fold 1/3 and pinch on the sides..

Fill in the fillings..

Fold to close and again pinching the sides..

...eggwash and bake at 200 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.


Bahan-bahan inti

30 sen taugeh
1/2 batang lobak merah (diracik)
1 keping tahu (dipotong kecil)
1/2 biji bawang besar (tumbuk)
1 biji bawang putih (tumbuk)
1 genggam udang kering (tumbuk)
Garam secukup rasa


1. Tumis bawang besar, bawang putih dan udang kering.
2. Masukkan tahu.. goreng hingga tahu masak kemudian masukkan lobak merah. Teruskan menggoreng hingga lobak merah lembut.
3. Masukkan taugeh dan garam, gaul dan matikan api.



6 sb cili kisar
2 biji bawang putih (tumbuk)
2 sb tomato sos
3-4 sb cuka
1 cawan air
Gula secukup rasa


1. Tumis cili dan bawang putih.. dgn minyak yang sedikit.. hingga garing.
2. Masukkan air, sos tomato, cuka dan gula. Masak hingga pekat sedikit.



225g self-raising flour
225g caster sugar
225g butter, softened
4 tbs cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
4 eggs (AA size)
as much chocolate chips to your desire

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
2. Sieve flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Set aside.
3. Cream sugar and butter until smooth and pale.
4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition.
5. Add the flour mixture and chocolate chips and stir until well combined.
6. Spoon or pipe batter into mini papercups 3/4 full.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.


Oreo Ice Cream Cake
(makes one 18cm cake)

110g oreo cookies (finely crumbled)
40g butter, melted and cool
about 1 tub of ice cream (1.5 ltr)
1 cup Nestle pouring cream (or heavy cream)(I used non-dairy whipping cream)
150g dark chocolate, finely chopped


1. Line the sides of a loose bottom pan with plastic sheets. Set aside.
2. Place oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until the crumbs are moistened. Press the crumbs evenly into the base of the prepared pan. Use the back of the spoon, smooth out the crumbs and press firmly. Freeze the base for at least 1 hour.
3. Soften the ice cream at room temperature. When the ice cream is soft enough, place it in a mixing bowl. With a spoon or spatula, stir the ice cream until it is spreadable. Spoon the ice cream over the oreo base, ensure all gaps are filled. Depending on the depth of the pan, fill it with enough ice cream till it reaches about half to one inche before the rim. Cover with a cling wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours.
4. When the ice cream layer is set, prepare the chocolate ganache. Place cream and finely chopped dark chocolates in a bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir till the chocolate melts complete. Leave to cool off.
5. This step has to be done as quickly as possible. Spread the chocolate ganache over the ice cream layer.
6. Cover with cling wrap and freeze for at least another 6 hours before unmolding.
7. When ready to unmold, dampen a kitchen towel with hot water and wrap it around the pan and hold it there for about 10 seconds. Remove the towel and unmold.
8. After unmolding the cake, return it back into the freezer to firm up before serving.
9. Decorate as desired.
