2kg chicken wings
6 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs light soy sauce
2 tbs dark soy sauce
1 tbs chilli powder/paste
1 tbs honey
3 cloves garlic (pound to a paste)
2 inch ginger ( pound to a paste)

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight. Bake on grill for 20 minutes on one side, overturn and bake another 10-15 minutes. Done.

Tips: I drained the chicken juice after the first baking (20 minutes) to prevent the chicken from getting soggy.
