MARBLE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE


Marble Chocolate Cheese Cake

Bahan A

180 gram mentega
20 gram serbuk koko, diayak
170 gram gula kaster
3 biji telur
120 gram tepung naik sendiri, diayak
1 sudu teh baking powder, diayak
Bahan B
250 gram krim keju
60 gram gula kaster
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
1 biji telur
Cara-caranya
1. Pukul butter and gula hingga gebu.
2. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji.
3. Masukkan tepung, serbuk koko dan baking powder yang telah di ayak. Gaul rata.
4. Di sebuah bekas yang lain, pukul kesemua bahan-bahan B hingga kembang.
5. Tuang 1 bahagian adunan A kedalam loyang berukuran 7" dan ratakan. Kemudian tuangkan semua adunan bahan B. Ratakan permukaan loyang.
6. Tuangkan baki adunan A.
7. Bakar di oven 160 deg C - selama 60 mins.
8. Setelah masak tunggu hingga betul betul sejuk sebelum dipotong dan hidang.

GHEE RICE

This is Amalina's Home Economics Practical Exam dish that she has to do this Tuesday. Let her try out the easy recipe we found somewhere in the net..the theme is Indian Food.


Ingredients

2 cups basmathi rice
3 cups water
2 garlic cloves - pound to a paste
1 cm ginger -pound to a paste
1 bay leaf
1 stick cinnamon
3 cardamoms
1 star anise
3 cloves
1 big onion - dice
3/4 cup frozen mixed vegetables
2 tbs ghee
3/4 tsp salt
Coriander leaves and fried onions for garnishing

Method

1. Wash then soak the basmathi rice for 15-20 minutes...drain.
2. Heat 1 tbs ghee in a wok..add cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, cloves and bay leaf. Fry until fragrant.
3. Add diced onions and fry till soft and brown. Add garlic and ginger...fry till fragrant.
4. Add the rice and mixed vegie and stir fry for 3 minutes.
5. Pour basmathi rice into a rice cooker, add water and salt..stir.
6. Once the rice is cooked, take 1 tbs of ghee and mix well.
7. Serve on a plate and garnish with coriander leaves and fried onions.

CORNFLAKES MADU



Bahan A
250g cornflakes
100g hirisan badam/kuaci (bakar dulu)

Bahan B
110g mentega
90g gula halus
6 sb madu

Caranya
1. Gaul rata bahan A.
2. Masak bahan B sehingga butter cair dan semua bahan sebati. Sejukkan..suam-suam pun boleh.
3. Tuangkan bahan B kedalam bahan A..gaul rata.
4. Masukkan kedalam papercups..bakar dengan suhu oven 180 darjah celcius selama 10 minit...sejukkan..hidang.

SPANISH CHOCOLATE SQUARES





Bahan A
250g butter
1tsp vanilla essence
130g gula caster

Bahan B
50g serbuk badam
20g susu tepung/coffeemate
40g cornflakes (mesen halus)

Bahan C
270g tepung gandum
30g tepung jagung
20g tepung beras

Bahan Topping
Secukup Dark Chocolate
Secukup White Chocolate

Caranya
1. Pukul bahan A hingga kembang.
2. Masuk bahan B dan C.
3. Ambil separuh adunan dan ratakan dalam loyang cutter ukuran 10x10. Cucuk adunan dengan garpu lalu tekan cutter kedalamnya.
4. Bakar dengan suhu 180 darjah Celcius selama 30 minit. Sejukkan.
5. Keluarkan cutter..tuangkan dark chocolate yang telah dicairkan..picitkan garisan chocolate putih..lorekkan dengan toothpick..masukkan/tekankan kembali cutter yang dikeluarkan tadi.
6. Masukkan dalam petisejuk selama 10 minit untuk mengeraskan chocolate.
7. Setelah sejuk..keluarkan cutter satu persatu..hidang.
